Responsibilities
Lead and manage the infrastructure organization including data center operations to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure support services.
Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure solutions, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security across both on-premises and cloud environments.
Oversee infrastructure technologies, including but not limited to Citrix, AWS, Azure, Linux, and Microsoft O365.
Drive the adoption and optimization of open-source platforms to enhance agility, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
Implement comprehensive infrastructure monitoring and observability using tools to maintain high service availability and performance.
Optimize IT workflows and service management processes using relevant tools.
Oversee Loan Management Systems, ensuring efficient operation and regulatory compliance.
Develop disaster recovery, high availability, and business continuity strategies for critical systems and platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure projects aligned with the organization’s goals and strategies.
Establish KPIs and metrics to track performance, uptime, and service quality, ensuring continuous improvement across all IT operations.
Align IT infrastructure strategies with overall business objectives, presenting regular updates to executive leadership.
Manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and stay informed about emerging technologies relevant to the company’s needs.
Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory standards. Actively participates in audits, readouts and action plans to address deficiencies.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Proven experience with open-source platforms as well as commercial cloud providers such as AWS and Azure.
Strong knowledge of infrastructure technologies including Linux, Microsoft O365
Experience managing Service Desk operations and leading server engineering and database administration teams.
Expertise in managing Loan Management Systems and financial technology infrastructures.
Demonstrated leadership in guiding cross-functional teams, mentoring staff, and promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Experience in vendor management, budget planning, and contract negotiation.
Strong understanding of security, compliance, and regulatory requirements in fintech, with a focus on infrastructure resilience.
Preferred
Relevant certifications in platforms such as Unix/Linux, AWS, Azure, or Microsoft.
Experience with DevOps practices and cloud-native architectures.
Familiarity with automation tools and scripting languages.
