Responsibilities

Expanding and deepening client and prospect relationships by providing a consultative approach to assist clients appropriately within the scope of USI’s HR Technology service model.

Strategize with producers and client support teams to attract new clients and retain existing clients as needed.

Appropriately articulate the HR Technology landscape as needed (both internally and externally).

Assist in building new tools and resources to support our teams and clients through the scope of the HR Technology team’s services.

Assist with supporting the business strategy for the practice by providing a consistent message and incorporating best practices and setting proper expectations for creating structure for the field organization.

Work with the client support teams to support clients in their search and selection process.

Participate in the maintenance of the database of HR Technology vendors to share the most up to date intelligence of HR and Benefits technology vendors across the enterprise focusing on pricing and functionality.

Support the HR Technology team as new projects and initiatives come up.
