Required
4+ years of experience as a Content Designer, UX Writer, or Experience Designer specializing in writing, or 8+ years in a related role
A deep understanding of how to create effective information architecture (IA)
The ability to interpret and use customer data to make design decisions
Strong relationship-building skills
Robust storytelling, UX writing, content design, and content strategy skills
A curious mind and a collaborative heart
Preferred
2+ years of experience working in e-commerce or other large design environments
Experience envisioning, defining, and modeling end-to-end, multichannel experiences
Skilled in balancing an Agile work environment with a cohesive and holistic view of the customer journey
Basic understanding of designing for WCAG 2.1/508 accessibility standards
