Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and implementation and operations of software solutions leveraging the Microsoft technology stack, including Power Platform, .NET, Azure, SQL, and VBA.

Architect and deliver scalable, high-performance applications using .NET Core/Framework, C#, , and other Microsoft technologies, ensuring alignment with best practices and business goals.

Provide strategic direction on cloud-based architectures in Azure, Power Platform, including Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, App Services, and other services.

Oversee the design and maintenance of applications built leveraging MS Access, Windows IIS, C#, including Azure SQL Server and other data storage solutions, ensuring robust data integrity, security, and performance optimization.

Act as a subject matter expert on database design, query optimization, and transaction management for applications.

Mentor and guide junior technical analysts and developers.

Required

.NET/C#: Extensive experience in building and maintaining applications using the .NET Framework and .NET Core, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.

SQL & Database Management: Proficiency in SQL Server database maintenance, design, performance tuning, stored procedures, and query optimization.

Azure: Solid experience with Microsoft Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Logic Apps, Azure DevOps, and Azure Active Directory.

VBA: Proficient in Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), specifically for automating processes within Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Access.

Cloud Infrastructure: Experience with cloud-native services and architecture, including containerization with Docker and orchestration with Kubernetes (desirable).

CI/CD & DevOps: Familiarity with Azure DevOps for continuous integration and deployment pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
