Responsibilities
Lead the development of AI ecosystem strategies to enhance partnerships and collaborations within the software industry
Manage a process for collecting input about market opportunities from internal and external sources including conducting market research and analysis.
Analyze and share AI industry trends, dynamics, competitive factors, economic factors, buying dynamics, and ecosystem requirements across the global market with Sales leadership.
Drive the creation of technical business proposals, presentations, and documentation for prospective partnerships.
Build new business relationships with technology vendors in AI market to grow application ecosystem, enhance strategic value, and maximize joint opportunity
Provide technical and business insights and expertise during client meetings and negotiations to showcase the Red Hat’s unique capabilities and differentiation.
Forge trusting partnerships across global, cross-functional teams: engage and align key players and stakeholders, inspire achievement of shared outcomes.
Act as a trusted strategy and business advisor to both the product and sales leadership teams
Represent Red Hat externally (conferences, speaking opportunities, etc.)
Define and track objective key results for financial performance, execution excellence, customer and partner satisfaction.
Shape a collaborative, transparent, and entrepreneurial culture, one that embraces coaching, is inclusive, and has a strong focus on belonging, growth and development of team members.

Required
Bachelor's degree; MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus
10+ years of partner management in a global, matrixed software organization
Proven track record of developing and communicating partner strategy with internal and external stakeholders
Strong business acumen experience with AI and open-source technologies
Understanding of how software is used to solve business problems and how cloud technologies are shifting the IT landscape
Proven ability to plan and set priorities and identify and resolve problems to produce measurable results
Ability to understand and articulate to broad audiences of varied experience Red Hat's solution portfolio
The ability to translate concepts, summarize and communicate complex ideas, and articulate business value with an in-depth knowledge of how partners operate and deliver end-user value
Effective networking skills to discover partner opportunities and resources that benefit the partner organization and Red Hat
Strong architectural understanding of the computing platform market, software development lifecycle, cloud and container technologies. Candidates should have strong knowledge and experience in open source and open source business models.
Highly collaborative team player
Strong execution skills with a high attention to detail to ensure operational efficiency and reporting
Knowledge of enterprise software and infrastructure technology including but not limited to, Hybrid Cloud, Kubernetes, AI, Edge, etc.
Ability to work across multiple teams and multiple geographies within Red Hat
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Creative and curious with a sense of humor and a professional attitude
