Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of developers in cloud-based projects, ensuring high performance and successful project delivery.

Act as a technical architect and provide hands-on development expertise, with a preference for experience in AWS, but also considering GCP or Azure.

Program proficiently in at least one programming language such as Python, Go, C, or JavaScript.

Utilize strong knowledge of Kubernetes to manage and deploy containerized applications.

Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or CircleCI.

Demonstrate expertise in Agile development processes, including running sprints, quality estimations, and daily standups.

Mentor and grow junior developers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process to expand the development team.

Required

Proven experience running a team of developers on cloud projects.

Proven experience as a developer or technical architect with AWS (preferred), GCP, or Azure.

Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, C, JavaScript).

Strong knowledge and experience with Kubernetes.
