Responsibilities

Lead the company financial planning, including budgets, long-range plan & quarterly rolling forecast

Partner with Strategy & Operations on company cadence, and integration of financial, strategic and operational planning

Administer our financial planning tool Pigment, inclusive of three statement modeling and cross-functional business modeling

Own finance processes such as consolidated headcount, expense planning, budget vs actuals, and vendor approvals

Participate in strategic data analysis, research and modeling such as company benchmarking that informs company capital allocations

Be the primary contact for board and investor reporting around plans and key financial metrics

Partner with BizApps and Analytics to build scalable, consistent reporting across the organization

Drive cross functional preparation of management reports - analyzing financial results, synthesizing key trends, and communicating key messages to senior management

Partner to G&A and People leadership teams on financial and operational planning, inclusive of consolidated headcount, recruiting capacity, and global assumptions

Coach, mentor, and develop a high performing team that partners effectively with their stakeholders

Oversee month end close, prepare and distribute reporting packages
