Responsibilities

Collaborate with all Growth leaders to help deliver significant growth across DOLeading development and execution across 3 key area of Engineering: Growth Engineering, Web Engineering, and Growth Platform Engineering

Partner with senior technical and business leadership to co-develop multi-year roadmaps areas across the organization

Leading your Engineering team to identify, prioritize and implement growth experiments at scale that align with DigitalOcean’s objectives

Streamline Growth Engineering processes and enhance performance of Growth critical services while empowering rapid experimentation

Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers and system administrators to troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and optimize Growth UX and Growth Platform excellence.

Proactively identify opportunities for technical and Growth product improvement and implement innovative solutions.

Required

At least 10 years of experience in development and execution of Growth product

5+ years’ experience of people, talent and performance management; passion to mentor, motivate, and coach team members

Familiarity with our technical stack and tools

Experience communicating effectively with peers and leaders, create allies and productive relationships, nurture collaboration and knowledge transfer, communicate with transparency, communicate and further Growth organizational goals

Proven background in some or all of: building for experimentation at scale, leveraging innovative technology to improve self-serve experiences, balancing fast movement with high quality, both Web and in Console execution
