Responsibilities

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products.

Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending.

Monitor the project from initiation through delivery.

Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints.

Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills and project management methodologies in area of specialization.

Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.

Required

BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.

Seven years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

Preferred

Strong understanding of Cloud Infrastructure

Experience driving large-scale projects in other Public Cloud providers or Telcos

Heavy expertise in managing complex programs spanning across multiple functions teams

Experience with continuous improvement or Kaizen processes

Strong in verbal, written communication and detailed oriented

Must be willing to work in a fast pace environment and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a can-do attitude

Self-starter and can work independently while applying sound business judgment to solve complex issues

Project Management Methodologies

Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of work experience in related industry or 10 years of work experience in a related industry

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
