Responsibilities
Develop, communicate, and lead the strategic plan and execution.
Develop talent and culture of performance.
Focus on development of high impact innovation with Product and Technology roadmap development and execution, NPD prioritization and investment in alignment with strategic plan.
Effectively manage key metrics such as Organic Growth, Profitability, Customer Satisfaction (on time delivery, cost of poor quality), Employee Engagement, Working Capital
Ability to travel approximately ~30-40%.

Required
Track record as an agent of growth, who has established customer-centric and engineering-minded teams that are leading through collaborative partnerships.
Excellent communication, relationship building and leadership skills with ability to evaluate organizations and its talent, as well as align them with customer and organizational goals.
Experience integrating acquired entities successfully into a larger corporate environment.
