Responsibilities
Review income tax returns, supporting documents, and workpapers
Conduct technical tax research and review findings
Manage client relationships, providing expert tax planning and compliance support
Mentor and guide junior staff members
Collaborate on high-stakes projects involving business structuring, mergers & acquisitions, and estate planning
Ensure accurate and timely delivery of tax filings and advisory services
Work year-round instead of the January to April work concentration typical in the taxation field

Required
CPA certification
4-6+ years of experience in tax compliance and planning
Public accounting experience
Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented with a proactive and flexible approach
Thrives in a fast-paced environment
Enjoys working with a wide spectrum of clients and projects, including large and complex engagements
