Responsibilities

Develop and execute a long-term product vision and strategy for the Workforce Management (WFM) software portfolio including; demand forecasting, shift scheduling, time capture apps and wage rules engine.
Own and refine the product roadmap, balancing business priorities with customer needs, market landscape and thought-leadership.
Lead in implementing roadmap features by managing across the product life-cycle leveraging design thinking principles and agile development methodology.
Drive Agile and Lean practices within the product management team to optimize product development cycles, increase efficiency, and foster continuous learning and improvement.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of product managers. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centric thinking within the team.
Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer success, and other departments to develop, launch and drive customer adoption.
Lead deep market research, user insights gathering, and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities, customer pain points, and key trends influencing product decisions.
Act as the key liaison between senior leadership, sales, engineering, and external customers to ensure clear communication of product goals and deliverables. Present product strategies and updates to executive stakeholders.
Leverage data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make informed product decisions.
Partner with marketing and sales to define and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features, ensuring seamless launch plans and positioning that drives product adoption and market share growth.
Engage directly with customers and industry thought leaders to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product features and initiatives.
Eagerness and willingness to work flexible hours across time zones (India, AU, Philippines, US, Brno)

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience in product management with strong success record, with at least 4+ years in a senior leadership role
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise software products, preferably with direct experience in workforce management software space across industries like Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, and more
Experience in leading global teams across international time zones and managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch at scale
Proven track record of driving product innovation, with understanding of Agile and design thinking methodologies
Demonstrated success in using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and inform decisions
Strong strategic thinker and the ability to craft and execute a product vision that supports overall business objectives
Deep understanding of workforce management solutions, including shift scheduling, timekeeping, and understanding of compliance implications
Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Excellent leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with a focus on team development
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to C-suite executives
Advanced proficiency with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) and data analytics tools
Eagerness and willingness to work flexible hours across time zones (India, AU, Philippines, US, Brno)

Preferred

MBA or advanced degree
Familiarity with global labor regulations, union agreements, and compliance standards would be an asset
