Responsibilities
Ability to build strong relationships with clients
Ability to be responsible for handling the day to day administration and relationship for a multiple employer plan(s)
Ability to perform administrative duties related to eligibility maintenance and premium billing
Ability to operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to the client(s)
Ability to review and resolve eligibility exception/error reports from carriers; collect and/or compile data; resolve client questions via phone or email
Strong communication skills to work with Brokers/Agents
Strong presentation skills to deliver group presentations and training webinars
Ability to travel to be able to attend, present and discuss Capstone services at client meetings
Ability to multitask and coordinate/deliver multiple group renewals
Strong technical skills to be able to build and maintain clients on our billing and eligibility platform
Ability to manage and distribute necessary Federal compliance information to clients
Ability to perform other duties as assigned

Preferred
A 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience in health insurance field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Word/Excel/Access
Ability to be self-reliant, highly efficient, possess excellent organizational skills, a sense of urgency in follow-up tasks, superb multi-tasking skills, have attention to details and be able to work in a team environment
Strong interpersonal relationship skills and excellent verbal and written communications
