Inside Sales Representative (ISR)
Virtucom, Inc. is a dynamic company dedicated to the K–12 education space, specializing in tailored technology solutions. They are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support outside sales efforts, communicate with schools and vendors, and assist in the sales process.

Responsibilities
Assist with quoting, proposals, and customer follow-ups
Respond to RFPs/bids and ensure all required information is submitted correctly
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams
Support outside sales reps with documentation, product research, and scheduling
Use CRM tools (such as NetSuite) to track activity and manage opportunities
Stay organized and detail-focused in fast-paced environments
Participate in training, coaching, and learning sessions to grow your sales skillset
Learn Virtucom’s product and service offerings to better support customer needs
Qualification
Required
Associate's or Bachelor's degree (any field)
Excellent written, verbal, and phone communication skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Comfortable with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and willing to be coached
High attention to detail, especially when working with quotes and documentation
Preferred
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., NetSuite, HubSpot) is a plus, but not required
