Responsibilities

Manage daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reporting for supported organizations.

Provide operational support and handle special projects from the Ops manager.

Develop best practices for implementation across the organization.

Build relationships within the organizational hierarchy, assisting with personnel, fleet, and system access needs.

Oversee regional indirect prepaid distribution changes, including onboarding and offboarding.

Serve as the point of contact for Dealer Policy issues and escalations within supported organizations.
