Responsibilities

Provide functional and technical subject matter expertise in workforce planning, forecasting and scheduling

Serve as a strong consultative partner to business and functional leaders to continuously improve service delivery, business process design, data integrity and UKG Pro Strategic Workforce Planning security requirements

Support governance process, road mapping exercises and cross functional resource planning

Configure and implement regulatory changes that affect scheduling processes and practices, ensuring business continuity and compliance with North America labor laws and regulations

Monitor continuing support and maintenance of new application features and functionality

Provides mentoring and training for end-users on new system changes and enhancements,

Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues from Tier 1 support team

Performs other duties as assigned

Required

8+ years Kronos/UKG dimensions/UKG Pro WFM Advanced Scheduled and Forecasting administration experience

Requires knowledge of wage and hour regulations

Applied experience consulting with the business to define requirements and to provide recommended solutions for prioritization

Experience working using Agile, Scrum and related principles and best practices

Preferred

Experience working in a retail organization preferred
