Responsibilities

Engage with interest owners to resolve issues and questions and to pursue transaction opportunities

Conduct and direct due diligence activities in support of trades, acquisitions, divestitures and related transactions

Read title opinions and direct title curative or other activities as needed to protect company assets

Manage Unit and Well inventory for asset teams and assist in preparing drilling locations for handoff to construction and drilling

Engage and assist on-the-ground teams with surface access issues as they arise, which will include travel to the assets

Review leases and contracts to ensure contemplated activities are permissible and advise/negotiate where issues with existing agreements can be improved for the company
