Responsibilities

Design HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, air handling units, ductwork, piping and controls.

Develop mechanical system design calculations.

Prepare detailed design documents in REVIT.

Perform QA/QC design work.

Lead a project team and managing projects.

Coordinate with Owners and Architects.

Coordinate work with other disciplines.

Complete code compliance research.

Oversee and provide guidance to junior engineers.

Assist in the procurement of new work; including the development of client relations.

Required

Minimum of 10 years design experience as a registered engineer.

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

Possess a Professional Engineer license, PE.

Preferred

LEED experience, certification a plus.
