Responsibilities
Develop and implement a sales territory management strategy.
Create and maintain a qualified sales funnel to ensure over-achievement.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients and across all levels of the organization
Drive client satisfaction, customer focus is KEY.
Achieve sales quota for your assigned territory.
Manage the entire sales process to ensure delivery against key performance metrics, with a strong emphasis on new business sales (proposals, quotations, contracts, product demonstrations, negotiations, etc.).
Engage and leverage the internal team to advance client relationships and execute sales strategies.
Develop and retain deep domain expertise in healthcare and ability to communicate market intelligence.

Required
Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent years of relevant work experience
3-5 years of quota carrying sales experience
Experience leveraging CRM solutions for territory management; Salesforce.com desired
Customer oriented, motivated
Willing to travel extensively within assigned territory (at least 75%)
Integrity/Resourceful/Self-Starter/Prospecting Skills/Consultative & Solutions Selling
Strong Communication Skills/Strong Business Acumen/Competitive Spirit/Coachable
Objection Handling Skills/Negotiation and Closing Skills/Results Driven/Flexible
Preferred
Medical capital equipment sales experience preferred, radiology a plus
