Responsibilities

Build and enhance CXO data models to generate actionable VoC insights

Develop compelling data visualizations and present VoC insights to senior leadership and stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements in the customer experience

Serve as a subject matter expert on CXO VoC data and a strategic thought partner for business initiatives

Required

BS/BA in a technical or data-related field (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Business) or equivalent work experience required

5+ years in a Data Analyst or related role, with demonstrated success in data storytelling

Proficiency in data visualization and presentation, with experience creating compelling insights

Strong SQL skills

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau)

Experience collaborating with CX and Product teams to enhance customer experience

Preferred

Fintech or startup experience preferred

Strategy consulting experience is a plus.
