Responsibilities
Identify and Engage: Research and reach out to potential customers through calls, emails, and social media.
Qualify Leads: Ensure prospects align with our ideal customer profile and move them through the sales funnel.
Develop Strategies: Create and execute targeted sales strategies to build relationships and address client needs.
Optimize Sales Funnel: Collaborate with Account Executives and marketing teams to maintain a smooth lead-to-opportunity transition.
Track Performance: Monitor key performance indicators and report on conversion rates and pipeline progression.
Compliance: Ensure ISO 27001 training is attended and all mandatory documents have been read to ensure working practices comply.

Required
A BA/BS or equivalent, with 2+ years in Sales Development, Business Development, Sales, or Account Management.
2 years of direct SaaS sales experience.
A strong work ethic and a passion for learning and connecting with prospects.
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Familiarity with sales methodologies like SPIN, Challenger Sales, or MEDDPICC.
