Responsibilities

Develop and implement short-term and long-term revenue strategies, models, and plans aligned with Invisible's goals.
Provide leadership and direction for sales, solutions engineering, business development, and partnership teams to drive revenue growth.
Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new market and partnership opportunities.
Oversee lead-generation initiatives in partnership with our marketing organization.
Optimize pricing and packaging strategies to maximize revenue from existing and new solutions/services.
Establish effective consultative sales processes, standards, and best practices to improve sales productivity.
Monitor revenue performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to meet targets.
Collaborate with cross-functional leadership team to ensure offerings align with target customer needs and market fit.
Prepare regular Board updates on GTM organization.
Represent the company at industry events, in person with customers, and identify brand awareness opportunities.

Required

Proven track record of successfully scaling revenue from $100 million to over $500+ million or to IPO in a high-growth environment.
Extensive experience in sales, business development, and partnerships, with a focus on high-end consultative sales and tech-enabled services.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams, ideally with experience in CS utilizing a data-driven mentality using analytics for strategic decision-making.
Exceptional business and financial acumen, with a deep understanding of market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, negotiate, and influence at all levels of an organization.
Must be able to travel frequently and engage directly with clients and partners to drive business growth.
15+ years in executive sales or revenue leadership roles across a diverse set of experiences, preferably in high-growth tech-enabled services, enterprise SaaS, and management consulting firms to the wide range of industries our customer base represents.
Direct ownership of multiple GTM organizations outside of Direct sales - partner well with CS if have not owned previously.
Have driven and been a part of explosive growth from $50 - $500M in revenue (ideally through $1B) as well as operates comfortably within a fast paced high growth early stage environment - implicitly understands startup nature.
Proven track record of successfully developing and executing revenue strategies for highly consultative sales.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Team building experience and depth of enterprise sales executives with verticalized industry experience - proven ability to scale GTM organizations of 5 - 100+.
Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving skills.
Experience influencing marketing and customer success in support of revenue.
Knowledge of sales technologies and processes.
Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred

Some experience scaling Customer success would be ideal but not necessary.
Previous consulting background at top-tier firms such as BCG, McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group considered a bonus.
Previous CEO experience or executive leadership roles are considered a bonus.
MBA preferred.
