Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for CXM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between product strategy, market demands, global footprint and technological capabilities
Collaborate with sales, marketing and analyst relations to develop compelling value propositions and go-to-market strategies
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners to drive adoption of our solutions
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes affecting the CXM landscape, representing TELUS Digital at industry events, conferences, and in media engagements as a thought leader
Assume P&L accountability for the service line, including setting financial targets, managing budgets, optimizing revenue growth and cost efficiency, prioritizing sales and marketing initiatives, and reporting on financial performance to senior leadership

Required
15+ years of experience in product strategy, with a strong focus on CXM
Proven track record of successfully developing and launching innovative products that traverse software and labor
Deep understanding of AI and other emerging technologies relevant to CXM
Strong business acumen with a history of driving revenue growth and market expansion
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences
Preferred
Experience working with global clients and managing international teams is a plus
