Responsibilities
Foster and maintain excellent relationships with the assigned independent agents throughout Colorado by providing exceptional customer service through proactive and responsive communication.
Support and prepare members for renewal and retention.
Quote and issue policies.
Manage and oversee compliance throughout the program including accurate recordkeeping, creating & implementing systems, and collaborating with PIIAC team to achieve success.
Review client audits including rate, coverage comparisons, accuracy checking, and facilitate corrections as needed.
Offer continuous knowledge of carrier appetite and underwriting guidelines.
Maintain Continuing Education (CE) and stay informed of industry trends, new product information, legislations, coverages and technology to continuously improve knowledge.
Update and maintain all client details in AMS360 (agency management system) to ensure information is accurate and up to date.

Required
High School Diploma (or equivalent)
License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
Must be a resident of the state of Colorado
Preferred
License: Property & Casualty (CO)
Management System: AMS360 – willing to train
Computer Skills: Adobe, MS Outlook
