Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget delivery of customizations and integrations.

Act as the primary customer contact, managing communications and expectations.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, leading teams and ensuring timely task completion.

Utilize Jira for task tracking, resource assignments, status updates, and documentation per team standards.

Drive adherence to SOPs and ensure requirements, user stories, and deliverables are actionable and well-documented.

Collaborate with sales teams on project handovers and translate customer requirements into software solutions.

Monitor project progress, manage change orders, and provide regular updates on status and budgets.

Oversee time tracking, review team entries, and approve project hours.

Lead project closure, ensuring deliverables are met, lessons learned are documented, and support transitions are seamless.

Required

Education: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, IT, or related field.

Experience: 3+ years in ERP/financial software implementation or consulting.

Skills: Strong knowledge of financial principles, project management (Agile/Waterfall; PMP preferred), and multitasking across software projects.

Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for conveying technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred

Hands-on software configuration experience and cross-departmental collaboration.

Problem-solving, adaptability, and time management in fast-paced environments.

Relationship-building with stakeholders and exposure to varied industries like software, project accounting, and inventory control.
