Responsibilities

Coordinate field service calls to meet group objectives for monthly performance.
Install and replace components and products as required.
Develop detailed proposals for standard and custom service contracts.
Coordinate critical target dates from customer to engineering and production.
Understand requirements for documentation of drawings, testing, approvals, and all submittals.
Coordinate subcontractors involved as required to complete fieldwork required.
Resolves customer complaints regarding equipment, supplies, and services.
Assist customers and representatives in troubleshooting problems with equipment or applications.
Provide start-up and installation assistance by phone or as needed at the customer job site.
Establishing and maintaining interpersonal relationships; training and teaching others.
Maintenance of a clean and orderly work area free of excess materials.
Support and involvement in company, department, and/or safety policies, procedures, programs, and activities.

Required

Coordinate field service calls to meet group objectives for monthly performance.

At least 3+ years of professional working experience as a technician is required.
Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Ability to make independent decisions on matters that influence the outcome of assigned projects.

Preferred

An Associate Degree of Science in Electronics is recommended, not required.
