Responsibilities

Provide knowledge and recommendations for the installation maintenance and upgrade of the system;

Configure the Dynamics 365 system and support data migration;

Oversee operations of secure and highly available platform servers and networks;

Make presentations to C-level management, public groups and/or boards of directors.

Required

Bachelor of science

Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in multiple modules across Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as working experience in an MS CRM environment in any capacity

Minimum of 4 years of experience as a senior CRM consultant

Minimum of 2 years of experience with system design or information systems

Experience with multiphase, globally delivered CRM implementation projects

Proficiency in multiple Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules, in a Dynamics 365 infrastructure architecture across multiple workstreams and systems, as well as with disaster recovery and business continuity infrastructure practices

Strong CRM industry and product knowledge

Strong technical architecture and client development skills, with a strong focus on client services

Excellent team building, mentoring and leadership skills with the ability to handle multiple activities in a dynamic environment

Excellent presentation and communication skills
