Responsibilities
Build a sales process that can be used to scale up as the organization grows
Work with Doyensys leadership team on sales goals, budget, and strategy and transform them into the action plan for the sales team
Track the sales and keep the leadership team updated with reports and meetings.
Manage, mentor, and coach the sales team to drive the desirable metrics and target
Identify, nurture, and grow the customer accounts.
Work on leads and opportunities to close the deal
Continue to stay engaged with the customer as a trusted advisor

Required
Experience of minimum 10 years in IT Services sales in the North American market
Experience in managing and mentoring the sales team
Meeting the decision-makers of enterprises, understanding their business challenges, and the ability to propose how Doyensys services can help solve them
Link Technology to business benefits and explain to prospects/customers in simple terms how it could help them
Able to collaborate with delivery teams to position their solution with prospects/customers in an economically viable form
Be a hustler to look for ways to engage and grow
Able to appreciate cultural sensitivities working with a diverse set of people in the US, India, Mexico

Experience in Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle EBS, Oracle Finance, Oracle SCM, Workday Finance and Salesforce (Financial Cloud Service)
