Responsibilities
Assist attorneys in designing, creating and analyzing reports regarding employer workforce, hiring, compensation and other Human Resources trends
Work closely with attorneys in preparing and defending affirmative action plans subject to government audit
Provides direction to other team members on tasks associated with AAP audit preparation and responding to OFCCP RFIs
Provides analysis of industry or practice group issues and assist in the development of solutions to address these issues
Actively lead teams to enhance team performance
Provide clear and concise communications regarding the analysis processes and results – both written and oral – to attorneys and client contacts, with the ability to explain complex topics in an easy-to-understand manner
Understand and respond to client needs and objectives and handle client interfaces and communications effectively and accurately without supervision
Proactively manage day-to-day efforts of project teams and project progress and proactively manages quality of team deliverables
Support training and supervision of analysts on problem solving and analytical skills
Ensures team members understand practice group services and deliverables and suggests additions/enhancements to practice group services and deliverable as needed
Plans projects including milestones and establish timeline and tracks progress
Proactively identify issues and recommend alternatives to improve process efficiency or methodology, identify gaps in available facts and proposes steps to obtain and analyze additional information
Take active role in firm/practice group building activities such as recruiting, training, and offering process-oriented enhancements

Required
Ability to understand complex issues and independently formulate analytical approach in a logical fashion
Able to give direction to other team members by applying technical knowledge and techniques to present facts, analysis and conclusions or solutions that demonstrate command of content
Must have high level of proficiency with R, Python and Excel
Attention to detail, strong organization and communication skills
Ability to interpret and report on client data
Works well under pressure and accurately completes tasks in a timely manner.
Responds well to fluctuating priorities and manages difficult situations professionally including reprioritization of team tasks
BS/BA Required
Minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably within a legal or HR context
Preferred
Concentration in Math/Statistics/Human Resources preferred
Understanding of statistical concepts and tools strongly preferred
