Responsibilities
Configuration Ownership: Lead configuration efforts, taking full ownership of configuration, migration, and deployment tasks within the Veeva Vault environment.
Validation Support: Develop and execute test scripts and user requirements. Provide validation support, dedicating 20% of your time to validation activities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, gather system requirements, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
System Expertise: Utilize your extensive knowledge of Veeva Vault systems, specifically Quality Vault, Clinical Vault, and Safety Vault, to enhance system performance and user experience.
Change Management: Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions during system updates and configurations.
Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of processes, configurations, and validation activities to support compliance and audit requirements.
Communication: Working between IT CSV team and QA, as well as coordinating with business leaders

Required
7+ Years hands-on experience with Veeva Vault
Recent/proven Biopharma industry experience
Veeva Vault Certification is a Must
Experience implementing and/or managing Veeva Integrations
