Responsibilities
Developing and implementing product strategy for our Health & Welfare and Retirement solutions as well as our offerings for Pension Risk Transfer, Total Rewards, and ACA compliance.
Setting the vision and guiding product development, market positioning, and client engagement for this solution suite.
Developing and managing product standards, configurations, and recommended pricing models.
Ensuring product alignment with client growth plans, client roadmaps, and regulatory requirements.
Leading as the voice of the product to our clients, prospects, and sales teams.
Serving as the voice of the client to cross-functional colleagues across Conduent Human Capital Solutions.
Monitoring market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adjust product strategies accordingly.
Overseeing product lifecycle management, including the launch of new products and updates to existing ones.
Defining the product vision and roadmap, coordinating with product developers in requirements definition and innovation prioritization.
Collaborating with sales, marketing, and client services to support RFP responses, client and prospect presentations, client growth plans, and client roadmaps.
Managing related vendor(s) and partner(s) to deliver exceptional quality experiences for our clients and their employees.

Required
Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
Bring 7+ years of experience in product management within benefits administration (Health & Welfare, Retirement solutions, Pension Risk Transfer, Total Rewards).
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with a track record of delivering successful results in a large, matrixed organization.
Exhibit excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Preferred
Possess a Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Have experience working with large Benefits Administration firms and serving Fortune 500 clients.
Show familiarity with enrollment, payroll, and other benefits technology platforms.
Demonstrate experience in managing complex vendor relationships and product partnerships.
Have experience implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
