Responsibilities
Manage Salesforce projects to provide on-time, high-quality work to our customers
Forecast project time, utilization, and revenue accurately and on time
Manage and escalate risks, issues, and mitigation actions to assist in removing project work blockers
Manage project financials, scope, and timelines, and prepare client-facing project status reports
Facilitate meetings with clients to determine business and functional requirements
Accomplish project objectives by breaking down the project into tasks, coordinating with the project team to complete tasks on time, and assign appropriate resources
Manage and grow direct reports
Use DCS processes, best practices, and assets to ensure work is delivered with quality and consistency
Identify new opportunities with existing clients to partner and grow the account
Identify and understand each key stakeholder’s motivations, expectations, and role in their organization

Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
3+ years of experience in Salesforce.com
6+ years of systems consulting experience
Experience managing Salesforce projects and teams in a remote environment
Ability to work within a team environment backed up by strong communication skills
Well-organized, results-driven, and eager to handle difficult problems
Excellent organizational, verbal, presentation/facilitation, and written communication skills
Willingness to travel for team events as needed
