Responsibilities
Work with the Digital Design and Development Manager, Digital Content Specialist, and the marketing and communications team to create and optimize web content for the Sam M. Walton College of Business.
Ensure that all content is SEO-friendly and enhances the user experience across digital platforms.
Maintain regular, reliable, and non-disruptive attendance as an essential job duty.
Create and maintain collegial, harmonious working relationships with others.

Required
Current student at sophomore level or above at the University of Arkansas pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising/PR, or a related field, with at least one year of experience in digital media or content creation
Current student at sophomore level or above at the University of Arkansas pursuing any degree but with a minimum of two years of demonstrated experience in content creation or digital media
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, visual)
Ability to create engaging and SEO-friendly content
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
Preferred
Experience writing and editing web content with a focus on SEO best practices
Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and web publishing tools
Knowledge of graphic design principles and experience with image editing is a plus
Basic understanding of user experience (UX) principles
