Digital Champion
P&G is the largest consumer packaged goods company in the world, and they are seeking a Physical Distribution Digital Software Process Engineer to join their team. The role involves leading efforts to identify and eliminate losses through the design and development of digital solutions, supporting daily warehouse activities, and collaborating with various teams to create effective solutions.

Responsibilities
Identifying, prioritizing, analyzing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
Using data analytics to drive meaningful insights and actions plans
Design and build of new digital solutions / software applications to solve big business problems
Collaborating with experts, other functions, and other manufacturing sites/fulfillment centers to create the best solutions
Creating learning programs and coaching to the organization
Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets
Understanding and working with state-of-the-art robotics and automated equipment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master's degree in: Information Systems, Computer Science, or Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical and Industrial)
The ability to problem solve and collaborate in teams
Highly motivated, self-driven, and eager to learn new skills
Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and analytical skills
A desire to work in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment with technicians and equipment
Are willing to travel on the job on occasion
Are willing to relocate during your career
Preferred
Experience with data management and data analytics is preferred (SQL, Databricks)
Experience in front end web development is preferred (HTML, JavaScript)
Experience with cloud architecture is preferred (Microsoft Azure)
