Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a content and creative strategy that aligns with our business objectives and drives engagement across B2B channels.
Creative Oversight: Lead and manage a global team of writers and creatives to produce high-quality, on-brand content and visual assets.
Content Development: Take a hands-on approach to copywriting and design, creating persuasive and engaging B2B content, including website copy, email campaigns, video scripts, social media, white papers, and more.
Creative Excellence: Ensure visual design and branding align with strategic messaging and enhance the overall user experience across various platforms.
Process and Standardization: Develop and implement best practices, processes, and standards for content creation and design to ensure consistency and quality across all projects.
Innovation and Trends: Continuously explore and integrate new creative tools, technologies, and methodologies to keep KLDiscovery's content and design strategies at the forefront of industry trends.
Brand Alignment: Ensure that all creative outputs align with KLDiscovery's brand voice, values, and strategic objectives, and maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Feedback and Iteration: Implement a structured process for gathering and incorporating feedback from stakeholders and team members and iterate on creative outputs to improve quality and effectiveness.
Project Management: Coordinate content creation and design projects, managing timelines, scopes, and budgets while ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with the VP of Global Marketing, internal stakeholders, and industry experts to ensure that all creative outputs meet strategic goals and brand standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders regarding creative projects, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Content Optimization: Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to refine strategies and improve content effectiveness. Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Team Development: Foster a collaborative and creative environment, providing team members guidance and professional development opportunities.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, English, Journalism, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years in a professional creative role, with substantial experience in both copywriting and graphic design. Experience in the B2B legal, SaaS, or technology sector is a plus.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
Experience with generative AI and its applications in content creation is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and budget constraints.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a creative team, with a track record of producing high-quality work and driving creative strategy.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities, showing flexibility and resilience.
