Responsibilities
Build teams and receive long term residual income
Utilize lead systems to generate business
Provide excellent customer service with quick loan closing times
Access and communicate with underwriters during the loan process
Utilize industry-leading technology for loan origination
Customize loans with exact rates and terms
Participate in marketing campaigns and brand building activities
Engage with mentors and industry experts for business coaching
Attend training programs for all levels of experience
Work with a wide variety of lenders to offer clients multiple product options
Collaborate with commissioned processors to expedite loan processing
Utilize in-house leads for business development

Required
Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO)
Positive mindset and disciplined attitude
Go-getter personality that is open and willing to learn
Ability to provide excellent customer service
Willingness to switch from retail to a broker model

Ability to grow referral business
