Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points
Present and demonstrate our products/services to prospects, showcasing how they address client needs and deliver value
Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, including pricing and contract terms
Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within organizations
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive and professional experience
Negotiate and finalize contracts to close business deals, ensuring alignment with company policies and objectives
Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis
Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to effectively position our solutions
Maintain a deep understanding of our product/service offerings and their benefits to clients
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, opportunities, and market feedback
Work closely with the marketing, sales development, and product teams to ensure alignment and support for sales efforts
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and sales strategy discussions to contribute to overall team success

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven track record of successful sales experience, ideally in a sales environment
Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels
Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and drive to achieve goals
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
