Responsibilities

Kickstart your career in the field of manufacturing and industrial engineering.

Work alongside experienced professionals and gain hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring product quality.

Contribute to the optimization of manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Required

Must be currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field

Must graduate from an accredited college or university between December 2024 and May 2025 and be available to begin full-time work between January 2025 - July 2025

Must have obtained degree within 12 months of the date of hire

Preferred

Relevant internships or co-op experiences in manufacturing or industrial engineering

Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles (Six Sigma experience is a plus)

Familiarity with CAD software and manufacturing simulation tools

Industrial design talent

Ability to learn new technologies

Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work

Ability to easily and effectively balance many priorities and results-oriented demands

Good social skills, both verbal and written
