Responsibilities

Stand up a formal Sales Compliance/Deal Desk program responsible for creating, refining, and administering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Rules of Engagement (ROEs), and other policies
Effect iterative improvements to Truckstop’s SOPs, ROEs, and other policies
Proactively analyze and report on deal data insights to influence Sales strategy
Improve commission payment accuracy and timeliness by influencing improvements to the Commissions & Incentives program’s processes and systems
Refine our Month-end Close process to accelerate final bookings reporting, and work with GTM Systems to systematize the Close process in Salesforce.com (minimize post-Close adjustments to booking data)
Analyze and optimize Sales and CSM territories and account alignments
Lead Sales and CX capacity planning exercises in partnership with Revenue leaders and Finance
Contribute to the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes
Partner with Revenue leadership and other cross-functional teams on initiatives including (but not limited to) business reviews, goal setting processes, and incentive administrations
Support Senior Sales Leadership in the creation presentations for Executive and Board meetings
Effectively communicate with Revenue Leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in technical or business discipline or equivalent professional experience
2-4 years of experience as a Salesforce.com power user or administrator
Experience with data integrity projects including deduplication of records, record ownership management, data append projects, etc.
3+ years of experience in a Revenue Operations role

Preferred

Master’s in Business Administration
SFDC Administrator Certification
