Responsibilities

Collaborate with business and technical teams to define requirements for SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations
Analyze current IAM processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
Develop and maintain documentation, including requirements, workflows, and access control policies
Support end-users by addressing issues and enhancing the functionality of SailPoint solutions
Work with developers and system administrators to configure and troubleshoot SailPoint environments
Conduct testing and validation of SailPoint functionalities to ensure alignment with business requirements
Participate in audits and compliance reviews related to identity management and access control

Required

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on identity and access management
Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ or IdentityNow
Strong understanding of IAM concepts, including user provisioning, role management, and access governance
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical specifications
Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams

Preferred

Knowledge of regulatory standards related to IAM, such as SOX or GDPR, is a plus
