Responsibilities

Apply your expertise in software engineering to design, implement, configure, and optimize Salesforce solutions (e.g., Sales Cloud and Pardot).

Collaborate with customers to develop innovative solutions that achieve their business goals.

Review and analyze business and technical requirements, and implement technical solutions to meet those needs.

Provide on-call support, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, incident management, and service request management for supported products and environments.

Perform peer reviews using software engineering principles, patterns, and development guidelines.

Required

At least 6 years of relevant experience in software engineering or a related field.

Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) or a closely related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Strong understanding of Salesforce development, with hands-on experience in configuration and potentially custom code development (Apex).

Proficiency in at least one general-purpose programming language, such as Java, C#, or Python.

Knowledge of cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and the ability to learn new platforms.

Experience with cloud services, including planning, development, migration, and integration of applications.

Familiarity with project infrastructure and tools, such as Salesforce environments, Pardot environment(s), Connector, Salesforce CI/CD tooling, and apps from the Salesforce AppExchange.
