Responsibilities
Assist the team with helping caregivers with the use of technology on site in the hospital departments.
Complete chart audits, gather data, create reports, and assist the teams with other similar tasks.
Support the use of devices or other technologies in the hospital units after receiving training.
Observe and assist with the implementation of new processes.

Required
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel
Willingness and ability to assist the Nursing Informatics team in providing technical and workflow support in the hospital setting following training
Good communication skills, as they may be interacting with Nurses and Patient Care Techs in the hospitals
Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume and Letter of Recommendation
Applicants should have their own transportation for local travel
Preferred
Background in data analysis and data visualization
Areas of study that would be great fit for this position include Nursing Majors, Health Informatics, or similar studies w/ an interest in technology
Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred depending on the hosting department of the internship
