Responsibilities

Design, implement, and scale a comprehensive program for our Global Engineering Interns and Early Career Talent.

Elicit and translate business requirements into technical specifications and tooling requirements, ensuring clear alignment between delivery and technical teams for data tracking.

Provide regular updates and data reports, including progress against goals to stakeholders and executive audience.

Define goals and data metrics to measure the effectiveness of and improve upon the program.

Create stable, scalable, and sustainable programming across the Engineering job family and beyond.

Required

Minimum 10+ years of relevant work experience across program management

Background in data analytics and insights, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable insights.

Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills (including experience with facilitating meetings and engaging with an executive audience).

Demonstrated experience and success leading high-impact, cross-functional programs.

Expertise partnering with leaders and stakeholders on strategy while leading roadmap creation, prioritization processes, and change management communication.

Preferred

Background as a Technical Program Manager or Engineering Program Manager
