Responsibilities
Assist to meet internal and external commitments and to accomplish organizational and individual goals
Represent interests as needed in an efficient, effective and collaborative manner
Act as a trusted confidante, keeping the best interests of the organization at the decisional forefront at all times
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Office of the President and CEO team on key organizational priorities, activities, and initiatives set by the CEO, Executive Team, and Board of Directors
Implement and uphold protocols for managing, proofreading and categorizing documentation to ensure systematic organization, accuracy and accessibility
Assist in organizing and supporting logistics for organization-wide meetings, internal leadership groups, and cross-departmental initiatives, including calendaring, note-taking, and tracking the completion of action items from meetings

Required
Excellent communication skills and the ability to prepare, proofread, interpret, distribute, and maintain specified routine and complex documents.
A self-starter and quick learner who is highly motivated, outcome-oriented and committed to continuous improvement and professional development, always seeking innovative approaches to project execution.
A strategic and creative thinker who can problem-solve, working within and across teams to swiftly respond to needs identified across the California Community Colleges.
