Responsibilities

Manage a team focused on continuous delivery. Ensure that the team is aligned with organizational goals.

Hire and grow the team in multiple timezones, looking after people growth and impact.

Develop and implement strategies to improve deployment safety and developer productivity.

Provide coaching to team members to develop their skills and enhance their performance.

Partner with leadership, team members and other departments to improve the software delivery process and increase operational efficiency.

Operate services to ensure high availability and scalability.

Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience with exposure to DevOps practices

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role

Excellent project management experience managing complex projects

Passionate about building a team environment and build relationships with your team and other departments

Preferred

Desired experience with continuous delivery technologies such as Spinnaker or ArgoCD

Desired experience with AWS, Docker and Kubernetes
