Responsibilities
Assist with research, planning, implementation and follow-up for impact/engagement meetings and programs
Support the planning of impact events to showcase the series documentaries and special projects that introduce FRONTLINE’s content to more diverse audiences across distribution platforms.
Coordinate event logistics, including promotion, registration, presentation, film format production, print traffic, audio/visual equipment check, and pre- and post-event evaluations
Record minutes of event planning, marketing, and campaign meetings
Assist with written summaries, reports, newsletter items, memos etc.
Research, create, and maintain CMS/distribution lists for potential partners among academic institutions, thought leaders/influencers, policymakers, professional, journalism, advocacy and film organizations
Special projects, as assigned

Required
Candidates must be in an Undergrad or Grad program and have work authorization for the United States.
The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and a resourceful problem solver.
Exceptional professional manner, customer service, and interpersonal skills are required.
Excellent written and oral skills a must, as is a strong initiative and ability to thrive when working as a part of a team and independently in order to achieve goals.
Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects, multi-task, and work effectively to meet deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred
Database management experience preferred.
We are especially interested in candidates who have a strong interest in, or are inspired by multiplatform journalism, documentary film, and distribution.
