Responsibilities

• Analyst Engagement Coordination: Plan and manage proactive engagements with over 80 industry analysts, including scheduling inquiries, briefings, and in-person meetings. This will include managing all follow-up actions to ensure smooth and efficient communication.

• Newsletter Publication: Oversee the monthly production and distribution of the 'Analyze This' and 'Play Bigger' newsletters, which serve as critical resources for Sprinklr's sales and marketing teams.

• Project Management for Analyst Summit: Act as the project coordinator for Source25, our annual Analyst Summit, to ensure seamless planning and execution.

• Quarterly Analyst Town Hall Organization: Organize the quarterly Analyst Relations town hall (SQuAD) to foster engagement and alignment with key stakeholders.

• RFI Management and Historical Data Maintenance: Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) and maintain historical data related to analyst interactions and engagements.

Required

Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

A self-starter with an interest in market intelligence, business strategy, or analyst relations.

Exceptional business technology applications proficiency (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook, OneDrive, Teams, etc)

Preferred

Experience with project management tools and techniques is a plus.
