Responsibilities

Supports the development and implementation of the company’s annual and 3-5 year strategic plans.

Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.

Works closely with channel and functional leaders to ensure cohesive strategy execution.

Acts as the OKR (Objectives and Key Results) champion, implementing and managing an OKR tracking system to ensure alignment and progress towards strategic goals.

Helps establish, and tracks and analyzes portfolio performance metrics, providing regular updates and recommendations to senior leaders.

Prepares investor and shareholder presentations and fields questions to effectively communicate the company’s strategic direction and performance indicators.

Performs commercially sound financial analysis for special projects, including alignment with strategy, cost effectiveness, commercial viability, operational efficiency, and internal capability.

Support M&A due diligence from strategic, financial, and commercial perspectives.

Coordinates Leadership Team meetings and Monthly Business Reviews to ensure effective communication and alignment across the organization.

Performs ad hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.

Takes initiative to identify and solve problems.

Acts with integrity and accountability.

Maintains confidentiality of highly sensitive company information.

Demonstrates commitment to a high-performance team culture.

Is flexible and willing to take on tasks in new or unfamiliar areas.

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, marketing, business administration or related field is required

At least 5 years of experience working in relevant portfolio management, strategic planning, or other relevant corporate roles, demonstrating increasing responsibility and a track record of success

Strong analytical, critical, and strategic thinking skills

Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills

Proficiency in market research and data analysis

Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong project management skills
