Responsibilities
Operational efficiency: Implement and refine processes that reduce operational inefficiencies, helping teams focus on strategic work. Ensure that workflows are optimized to support the broader Consumer Marketing OKRs.
Workflow management: Develop end-to-end marketing workflows that support seamless execution of Consumer Marketing campaigns and creative processes. Guide understanding across teams to improve for scalability and growth.
Cross-team collaboration and leadership: Lead collaborative efforts and improve operations to foster innovation and shared success, supporting team alignment and scalable growth. Partner with marketing leadership on capacity planning, resource forecasting, and process optimization. Use strategic insights and data analysis to prevent bottlenecks.
Client management support: Partner with client-facing teams to align marketing operations with client needs and ensure the delivery of high-quality deliverables that meets expectations. Facilitate smooth client interactions by supporting teams with scalable processes.
Scalability & tools development: Design and implement scalable tools, processes, and systems to grow the marketing and creative functions. Plan for future needs and maintain efficiency as it grows.
Team leadership & development: Mentor a marketing operations team, encouraging a positive culture and supporting career development.

Required
BA or BS degree.
7+ years of experience with experience driving operational efficiency, building scalable processes, and aligning teams to build complex marketing programs.
3+ years of experience developing teams, with a focus on encouraging individual growth and building a positive culture.
Proven expertise in creative operations, including capacity planning, resource forecasting, and process optimization for teams.
Experience designing and implementing scalable tools and systems that support the growth and efficiency of marketing operations, ensuring future readiness for teams.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to coordinate efforts across multiple teams and ensure agreement on strategies and deliverables.
Data-driven approach, with the ability to use insights and analytics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity, provide clarity, and reduce uncertainty for teams.
A 'builder' mentality—someone ready to create scalable solutions, and lead the team through growth and change.
