Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, motivations, and pain points related to our developer tools
Plan and execute user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods to gather insights
Analyze research findings and synthesize data into clear, actionable recommendations for the design and product teams
Create user personas and journey maps to communicate user insights effectively across the organization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure user research is integrated into the product development process
Stay informed about industry trends and user experience best practices to continually improve research methodologies
Present research findings and design recommendations to stakeholders, fostering a user-centered culture within the organization

Required
At least three years of experience in user research or related fields, with a focus on B2B or technical products
Proven experience as a UX Researcher, preferably within SaaS or developer tools environments
Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative research methods and their application
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights
Exceptional communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ability to collaborate closely with product management, design, and engineering teams
This position requires U.S. citizenship due to government contract requirements
Preferred
Experience conducting user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and other research methods
Ability to create user personas and journey maps to communicate user insights effectively
Familiarity with industry trends and user experience best practices
Have a strong interest in matters of national security
